Declaration Form
- M30 deposit to open your account
- Proof of Residence – Letter from chief or Utility

- Valid Passport (together with Residence permit for

- Minimum balance requirement of M30.
Fees and Charges
- Service and Maintenance fees are as per the
Pricing Manual.
- Cash Deposit fees are as per the Pricing Manual.
- Cash handling fees are payable on cash deposits
above M200.
- Interest is payable by the client on any debit
balance.
- Stop Order / Debit Order charges are payable.
